Champagne!

Was talking to my soon-to-be-neighbours tonight. Suggested we might share a bottle of champagne on Monday after the contract-signing, only to hear that "we bought it today, it's already cooling in the fridge". Somehow I think I'm gonna get along with new neighbours just beautifully! Great minds think alike.
