New neighbours

Spent some fantastic hours speaking with my soon-to-be neighbours about the experience of buying a new flat. There is no end to the topics we can discuss. We dissected the art of buying kitchens, floors, bathrooms and especially the people involved like architects, sellers and construction guys. The stairs in the building, the balconies, the security of the windows, the colour of the entrance doors, the lift (whether to have a mirror and a chair in it) and so forth. Pure bliss.
