Salsa
Despite having 3,2 giga of memory, I apparently didn't plug in during New Years Eve. Had completely forgotten that I committed to do a salsa course with a 27-yearold! Ah well, can't hurt right?
But I very much doubt I will look like this!

I think your doubt will be different after a few months, one and half hour dancing is a pretty good cardio training, a lot of fun and passion.
So it might be that you will look better, than the guys on the pic and you can forget the diet.
Bring enough water, soft sole shoes, and spare shirts because it can be very hot. :)
A piece of advice, its without break, so smoke enough before. :P
